Outside the office - music and mental health
Mental health is an issue that really matters to me. I combined this with my life-long love of music to start a UK based not-for-profit event series and artist collective - Colours.
We support community-led mental health movements across the UK through live music events, consistently selling out venues with capacities of up to 500 people.
Our mission: host underground and undervalued artists in unique spaces; create safer and more inclusive environments for people to connect and express themselves - all while supporting a cause we really care about.
In 2022 we raised over £500 for Off The Record, a Bristol based charity providing mental health services, mobilised to support, promote and defend the mental health, rights and social position of young people.
