A bit about me
I am a user research specialist with 8+ years' agency experience across the public and private sector, leading large-scale programmes of work for NHS Improvement, NHS Test and Trace, UKRI, Dyson, Virgin Media Ireland, FCA, UWE and many more. With BSc in Experimental Psychology, I deliver mixed-method research techniques in fast-paced, collaborative agile environments.
I am an advocate for accessibility and inclusive design, having led accessibility projects for multiple organisations, conducting research with over 100 people with various access needs, including cognitive, visual and mobility impairments.
Outside the office - music and mental health
Mental health is an issue that really matters to me. I combined this with my life-long love of music to start a UK based not-for-profit event series and artist collective - Colours.
We support community-led mental health movements across the UK through live music events, consistently selling out venues with capacities of up to 500 people.
Our mission: host underground and undervalued artists in unique spaces; create safer and more inclusive environments for people to connect and express themselves - all while supporting a cause we really care about.
To date we have raised over £1000 for Off The Record, a Bristol based charity providing mental health services, mobilised to support, promote and defend the mental health, rights and social position of young people.
